1) RBAC-first (MVP); Ph 2 adds AD/LDAP/SSO. Project quotas. Security Eng consulted on IAM design from Phase 1.
2) Conversational interface (self-hosted LLM: Qwen 3 / Llama), gRPC + grpc-gateway API, WebSocket job events. 3 patterns in MVP. OTel trace context propagated across agentic decision flows. AI Engineer takes accountability for reasoning layer, prompt architecture, tool-call schema, and approval flow design from Phase 2.
3) Integrated registry with project-IAM; build-and-push pipelines. NVIDIA (NCCL) and AMD (RCCL) base image variants maintained from Phase 1
