About the Role:

As our Senior Infraustructure Engineer, you will bring your expertise with Microsoft, VMware, HPE Server and Storage and Cisco Networking expertise to the position. You will implement and manage Infrastructure at our various data centers across the Country. Further, you will set up on-site client networks, located at our hedge fund clients' offices, working with clients directly when needed. You will need to ensure maximum service uptime is achieved. You will be accountable for Infrastructure services. 

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting and resolving support escalations
- Managing all server infrastructure and network and by monitoring network status to ensure maximum Service performance at all times
- Liaise with service partners and customers
- Ensure SLA’s are met, documentation is correct, and policies/procedures are in place
- Support Network core infrastructure between multiple data centers and geographical cities.
- Possess understanding knowledge to support Virtualization and Microsoft services with variety of hardware, Mail Server and Collaborations tools 
- Design, plan and implement WAN, LAN and wireless networks in a corporate network environment

Key Skills:

- Excellent LAN/WAN fault diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, including in-depth knowledge of VMware virtualization, HPE Servers and SAN storage, SAN Switches, Exchange and skype for business server, Microsoft Services and Active Directory.
- A thorough understanding of the OSI network model, Ethernet, and TCP/IP networking concepts.
- Solid understanding on below vendors:
- HPE
- VMware
- Microsoft
- Exchange Server 
- Skype for Business
- Scripting knowledge would be a plus
- Knowledge of DevOPS would be a plus
- 8 Years of experience in similar roles
