استخدام AI Engineer (دورکاری)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge NLP solutions. 


Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Development
         Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models.

        Optimize and fine-tune existing algorithms for improved performance.

         Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate them into the existing systems.

  • Data Processing and Analysis:
         Work with large datasets, preprocess and clean data for machine learning applications.

         Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

  • Model Training and Evaluation:
         Train machine learning models using appropriate frameworks and tools.

         Evaluate model performance and iterate on improvements.

         Implement techniques for model explainability and interpretability.

  • Integration and Deployment:
         Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.

         Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions.

  • Collaboration and Communication:
          Work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and business analysts.

          Clearly communicate technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

          Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing NLP algorithms.
  • Proficiency in Python programming.
  • Familiarity with popular machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs, with knowledge in frameworks like FastAPI and Django
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS or Azure) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control systems like GIT, and production-level coding practices.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.
