Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of back-end developers to deliver high-quality code that meets project requirements within the given timelines.
• Work with project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable tasks for the team.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge, and ensure their professional development.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as front-end developers, designers, and quality assurance, to deliver complete and functional web applications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that coding standards are followed and best practices are implemented.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging back-end technologies and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our development processes.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Back-End Team-lead with at least 5 years of experience in back-end development.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Java,Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of back-end development concepts.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with team members.
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to manage team dynamics and resolve issues.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop effective business strategies.
