We are seeking an experienced senior Product Manager with a background in FinTech. The overall purpose of this position as a senior product manager is developing and managing in our core product.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Developing product Strategies and roadmaps.
Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD).
Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users.
Translate product strategy and vision into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Prioritize and scope activities based on their business and customer impact.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
Lead product launches in collaboration with the marketing team, operation team, and other product management team members.
Act as a product evangelist, building awareness and understanding of the product.
Represent the company by visiting customers to gather feedback on our products and services.
Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
Identify and resolve inefficiencies in PM tools, processes, and workflows.
Perform market research and analysis

Requirements:

At least 5 years of product management experience within the FinTech industry.
Strong organizational٫ leadership and communication skills.
domain knowledge of trading/exchange platforms is a huge advantage.
The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, Marketing, operation and other teams.
Good aptitude for understanding technical concepts.
A data-informed work style.
Work with agile product management softwares (jira)
Work within a software development methodology like AGILE
Demonstrated ability to develop effective product and marketing strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to achieving goals.
