- Fluent in monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana, and Kibana.
- Familiarity with the network and service.
- Familiarity with Linux (LPIC-1).
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with the database.
- Familiarity with log analysis.
- Familiarity with web servers.
- Familiarity with API and its types.
- Familiarity with the ticketing system.
- Possibility to work night shifts and holidays.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer, or Information Technology.
- 2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Specialist knowledge: CCNA: Medium - CCNP: Medium - Network +: Advanced - Linux: Medium - Zabbix: Medium.
