Job description:
- Monitoring and maintenance of service and network
- Continuous monitoring of systems performance
- Analysis of service logs and database records
- Identification and diagnosis of system errors
- Identification and diagnosis of network disorders
- Regular reporting of the status of services and transactions
Required skills:
- Proficient in monitoring software such as Zabbix, Grafana and Kibana
- Full familiarity with the network and service
- Introduction to Linux (LPIC-1)
- Getting to know Elasticsearch
- Familiarity with the database
- Familiarity with log analysis
- Familiarity with the ITIL standard
- Familiarity with web service performance and understanding of its standards and architectures
- Familiarity with API Gateway concepts
- Familiarity with API and its types
- Understanding the Incident Management process
- Understanding the Change Management process
- Experience working with Ticketing systems
Job requirements:
- Ability to work in shifts (12/36)
- Ability to work in a team
- Problem solving ability
