Job Description:

• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and executing visual designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure the designs align with the overall company strategy and branding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visual designs for various marketing and advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
• Work with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure the designs align with the overall company strategy and branding
• Collaborate with copywriters to develop visual concepts that support the messaging and goals of each campaign
• Create and produce marketing collateral, such as email templates, social media graphics, and landing pages
• Design and produce graphics for the company's website and other digital platforms
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Continuously research and stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
• Maintain a consistent brand identity and style across all marketing and advertising channels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the finance or technology industry
• Expertise in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in various design styles and mediums
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
