Job Description:

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. They will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure the campaigns align with the overall company strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing
Analyze data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and revenue growth
Manage the company's advertising budget and allocate resources effectively
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other departments to ensure performance marketing campaigns align with the overall company strategy
Identify opportunities for growth through new channels or tactics and test and scale accordingly
Develop and maintain relationships with advertising partners and vendors
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, and LTV
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for performance marketing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the finance or technology industry
Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and tactics, including paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing
Proficiency in performance marketing software and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
