Job Description:

The QA Manager will be responsible for managing the quality assurance process for all products and services offered by the cryptocurrency exchange. They will lead a team of QA testers to identify and resolve issues and ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance process for all products and services offered by the cryptocurrency exchange
Lead a team of QA testers to identify and resolve issues and ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure that all products and services meet established quality standards
Continuously monitor and report on the performance and reliability of all products and services offered by the cryptocurrency exchange
Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve issues related to quality and reliability
Develop and maintain a repository of best practices and standards for quality assurance and testing
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices related to quality assurance and testing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
Experience in the finance or technology industry is preferred
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
