Job Description:
As a Senior iOS Developer, you will lead the development of our native iOS application, which integrates with server APIs and other services to fetch information, performs on-device operations such as connecting to Bluetooth devices, playing audio, and processing EEG signals from wearable devices in real-time. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that has a significant impact on our users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain the native iOS application.
• Integrate the app with server APIs and other external services.
• Implement on-device operations, including Bluetooth connectivity, audio playback, and background processing.
• Process real-time EEG signals from wearable devices over Bluetooth.
• Ensure the application meets high performance and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of iOS frameworks such as Core Bluetooth, AVFoundation, and Core Data.
• Experience with background processing and multithreading in iOS.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
• Knowledge of performance limits and characteristics of mobile devices.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
