Job brief
We are hiring a Client Manager to manage our relationship with our customers. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and manage complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to build a strong relationship with customers, present and report professionally, and remain calm when customers are frustrated. have experience in the IT industry and software development is needed as it is our main field of activity.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Implement an effective customer loyalty program.
- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
- Knowing our services and capabilities inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Full-time job (At least 40 hours in a week)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business Administration or a relevant field. (have experience in both of them is an important bonus)
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or relevant works.
- Fluent English communication. (Both verbal and written)
- Preferred young candidates. (below 30 years old)
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
