We're actively interviewing candidates for a full time position as a mid-level full stack developer at Ideall Technology Company. You’ll have the chance to work on exciting E-learning and E-commerce projects using the MERN stack and NextJS. Here's a breakdown of what you could be doing in this role:
Responsibilities:
- Develop new features, fix bugs, and ensure our applications run smoothly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fellow developers to create intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions, recommending and implementing the best approaches.
- Keep your team updated on your progress, challenges, and successes.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and technologies in web development.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, while excelling both as a team player and independently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 4 years in software development with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, NodeJS).
- Strong experience with NextJS is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Test Driven Development.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, OOP, and design patterns.
- Comfortable working with both MySQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
- Knowledge of caching technologies like Redis and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
- Experience with micro-service architecture is a big plus.
You Should Feel Comfortable with:
- Writing and speaking fluent English.
- Striking a balance between code perfection and real-world time-to-market considerations.
