Houger Sales Director responsibilities include

• Set standards KPI for the team to get the best play out of them
• Seek & Find for best team players in logistics Industry to hire and settle an accountable tea
• Setting, Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets for him/herself   the team within assigned segments and accounts
• Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Requirements

- Knowing Logistics terms & Conditions, Operational Procedures, Networking, Finding Partners
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience at least for 5 years as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Anger Management capability
- Ability to train the trainee
- Monthly Company income prediction as an executive is mandatory
- IATA/FIATA* educated are preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
