We’re seeking an experienced Business Department Manager to oversee internal operations, manage business development workflows, and help scale strategic partnerships across our digital ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, operational experience, and the ability to manage teams in a dynamic remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the internal business department operations
Coordinate cross-functional workflows between teams and partners
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships
Supervise business development processes and internal reporting
Improve operational efficiency and team performance
Support long-term growth strategies and partnership opportunities
Requirements:
Strong background in Business Management or Business Development
Previous experience managing teams and internal operations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively
Experience in digital products, startups, or tech-driven environments is preferred
Familiarity with Crypto and Web3 culture is considered a strong advantage
