Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong ownership over backlog management, prioritization, and communication with stakeholders
• Exhibit a proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment
• Prioritize, negotiate, and remove impediments to orchestrate successful feature launches
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate hypotheses, prototype, validate, and ship new products, with an emphasis on the technical knowledge of programming and web development
• Oversee the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, ensuring successful feature launches
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and identify opportunities to fill product gaps
• Take strong ownership of the product's quarterly goals, monitoring progress and brainstorming ideas to achieve targets
• Actively participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing support to the development team as needed
• Maintain a dynamic product roadmap that emphasizes the product management and development process, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Software Analyst, Product Owner, or in a similar role
• Positive attitude, good judgment, and excellent time management skills, with a focus on multitasking
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and excel in teamwork
• Strong capability in effectively communicating analysis results to business and development teams, with clear and concise explanations
• Proficient in structural thinking and problem-solving
• Solid understanding of software design principles, tools, and technologies, with a focus on programming and web development
• Excellent analytical skills and keen intuition of user behavior
• Passionate for data-driven product development and decision-making

Payment method:
