Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Data Collection Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing datasets for AI and machine learning projects. This role requires excellent research skills, the ability to find and gather relevant data from various sources on the internet, and strong prompt engineering abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and curate high-quality datasets for machine learning models.
Research and gather data from various online sources.
Develop and optimize prompts for data collection and annotation tasks.
Collaborate with the AI/ML team to understand data requirements and specifications.
Ensure the accuracy and relevance of collected data.
Organize and manage datasets for easy access and retrieval.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data collection and management.
Required Skills:
Strong research skills and the ability to find relevant data online.
Excellent prompt engineering skills.
Experience with data collection and dataset creation.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of data annotation tools and techniques.
Understanding of data privacy and ethical considerations in data collection.
Proficiency in OSINT (Open Source Intelligence).
Comprehensive knowledge of GitHub, Kaggle, and Hugging Face.
High efficiency and speed in performing assigned tasks.
Organized and responsible.
Familiarity with the Python programming language.
Extensive knowledge of chatbots and popular language models such as Copilot and ChatGPT.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with Photoshop and Premiere software.
Strong reporting skills.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Understanding of database management and SQL.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
