شرح موقعیت شغلی

In  Address, we are looking for enthusiast candidates who intend to experiences all HR aspects. During this 3-month program, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to a specific line of business, expand the tools you need to launch your career and complement your education with real-world job experience. By the end of the program you would be able to have a permanent placement in a full-time position.

  • HR Communication
Responsibilities


  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and duties
  • Assist with employment activities at all stages of the employee life cycle
  • Assist with survey creation and analysis
  • Assist with implementation of career development program
  • Assist with monitoring and evaluating the candidate journey
  • Involvement in inter-departmental special projects
Requirements


  • Recent graduate from well-known universities, degree in MBA, HR Management, Industrial engineering or any other related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • Analytical skills proven during the education time. 
  • The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
  • Writing clear and well-argued assessments
·         Fluency in English would be a remarkable asset for candidates
