Role Snapshot:
Our shifts run every day consisting of morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the hostels, ensuring our guests have the best time while staying with us. You will help create a vibe that is in tune with our brand, rely on your people skills to ensure we give all our guests a positive experience while staying with us, and make sure the hostel looks its best at all times both in the public areas and in the guest rooms.
Who are you?
You are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, can put our guests' needs first, has strong people skills, and who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best they can be. You can work in a fast-paced environment, use initiative, and work well under pressure and independently. You are fun, energetic, open to new challenges, and have a passion for travel and the hospitality industry, the ability to speak English is a necessity for the role.
