The Agile Product Owner will lead the requirements efforts for an agile delivery team to ensure that project goals are met. This highly collaborative role will need to work closely with stakeholders, end users, and functional and technical team members to deliver quality features and solutions to provide value for our customers
Support an Agile Software Development process, working in conjunction with end users / stakeholders and technical delivery team
Ensure quality by providing tractability to design documentation, features, user stories, test cases, and operational training material
Work directly with other product owners, product managers, developers, testers, and customers to help define features and create technical user stories
Communicate and collaborate with other Scrum teams to define, track and integrate components across our platform solution
Work directly with the technical teams to size, prioritize and plan the implementation for features and user stories
Accountable for the creation and prioritization of product backlogs
Attend Release Planning sessions
Attend Sprint Planning sessions, communicates sprint goal
Attend daily stand ups
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum 3 years of professional business systems analysis experience, including experience as an Agile Product Owner
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
Deep understanding of iterative development methodologies
Highly detail oriented and well organized
Strong analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Energetic, motivated, and service-oriented
Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Flexible to new situations and challenges
