Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. A Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive growth. This role involves creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about building meaningful connections with our online community.

The ideal candidate will be responsible to

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, X , LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identifying trends and insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create social media calendars, plan campaigns, and coordinate content themes
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with the online community
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's online presence current and competitive
  • Manage social media partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach
Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools and a data-driven approach to improving performance
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual aesthetics, with basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building brand loyalty through community engagement
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy is a plus
