Responsibilities:

• Analysis and design processes
• Choose suitable technology for the processes based on the work (technical or non-technical teams)
• Implement processes with Jira or any other applications and integrate them with other technologies.
• Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
• Interact with cross-functional leaders to ensure optimal performance occurs
• Produce written reports and make presentations

Requirements and skills:

• Highly organized with high attention to detail
• Skilled in research, analysis, problem-solving, metrics, and reporting
• Proficient in learning new technologies and working with them
• Familiar with Jira
• Familiar with concepts of database design
• Familiar with SQL queries, programming, and scripting
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal and influence skills to enable change without direct control
• Team player that is skilled at working collaboratively with and through others
• Experience in working in a fast-paced and technological environment.
• 1-3 years of work experience

Nice-to-Have Qualities:

• BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or any related field
• Proficient with Jira
