The Senior Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including performance management, carrier path design, learning and development, hiring and interviewing.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance management.
  • Design and implement L&D  projects.
  • Implement C&B policies and procedures.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource. programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Familiar with People Experience.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style.
  • Enthusiastic and team player.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commitment to learning and growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent at follow-up and completion of work.
  • Age range 25-35 years old.
