The Senior Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the HR department including performance management, carrier path design, learning and development, hiring and interviewing.

- Design and implement performance management
- Design and implement L&D projects
- Design PX programs
- Implement C&B policies and procedures
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Familiar with People Experience
- Effective interpersonal communication style
- Enthusiastic and team player
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Commitment to learning and growth
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent at follow-up and completion of work.
- Age range 25-35 years old
