● Create, update, and review IT documentation such as IT Assets and services related
:Requirements
• Previous working experience as an IT Help Desk Technician for 3 years
• BA in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
• Related Microsoft Certification (MCITP)
• Related Mikrotik Certification
• Related LPIC Certification
Configuring software and hardware
• Installing upgrades
• Network fundamentals
• Troubleshooting and repair
• learning skills
• Problem analysis
