We are looking for a Senior Back-End Developer (Python/Django) to join our team and help us design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop robust server-side services using Python and modern frameworks.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
- Maintain and optimize complex, production-grade systems under high traffic.
- Debug, trace, and resolve critical issues in microservices within live environments.
- Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.
- Contribute to system architecture design and technical decision-making.
- Ensure code quality through clean, testable, and maintainable implementations.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
- Strong expertise in Python with hands-on experience in Django and FastAPI.
- Solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous (ASYNC/SYNC) tasks.
- Familiarity with Celery for background task processing and job queues.
- Deep knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Proficiency with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus.
- Experience with caching and message brokers such as Redis, Memcached, and RabbitMQ.
- Strong command of Git, GitHub, and GitLab workflows.
- Solid understanding of Clean Code principles and test-driven development (TDD).
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests using unittest and pytest.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of version control platforms including GitLab and GitHub.
