We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team in testing our crypto application. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of the software by conducting thorough testing and identifying defects. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and applicable feedback
- Design and develop test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements
- Perform manual test cases to ensure software functionality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and escalate defects
- Identify, report, and track defects, and verify fixes to ensure quality deliverables
- Participate in agile development activities such as sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
- Reporting bugs and test results to the product manager or programmers for further investigation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Ability to write SQL DB queries
- Knowledge and experience with API testing tools like Postman
- Familiarity with automation platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as a team member and experience with agile methodology
- Experience in finance or cryptocurrency concepts is a plus
