• You work with a high degree of personal responsibility and self-organization in one or more agile software development teams
• You remove the obstacles to efficiently achieving the sprint goals
• You support the teams and the organization in the application of agile practices and tools
• They live and represent the agile values ​​in the organization
• You organize and moderate Scrum meetings (e.g. regular meetings such as planning, reviews and retrospectives)
• They act as moderators in conflict situations and in the process of finding solutions
• You identify, minimize and communicate the risks

• You have several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master
• You bring relevant professional experience in agile software development methods (Design Thinking, Story Mapping, TDD, ATDD) and processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• You are enthusiastic about the development of innovative software products.
• You are familiar with the structured analysis, management and documentation of agile projects
• You are able to handle conflicts and improvise, have organizational skills and a high degree of independence
• Strong communication skills and good knowledge of English
