شرح موقعیت شغلی

We need a motivated and responsible person, who can use his abilities in the direction of our project management in Haft Sin Technology Metadata Team (HCDT) .

Job Description:


  •  Planning and executing projects. duties include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of a specific project and finally closing the projects.
  •  Meeting with clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.
  •  Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members, and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.
  •  Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.
  •  Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  •  Developing excellent customer relations, and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:


  •  Proven working experience telecom project.
  •  BSC / MSC of electrical (telecommunication) engineering.
  •  Familiar with Nokia, Ericsson & Huawei RAN/BSS equipment.
  •  Familiar with IT Infrastructure Equipment: Cisco, HP, Dell EMC, Huawei.
  •  Familiarity with IP Network Concepts is a plus.
  •  Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  •  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  •  Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  •  Experience with project management software tools.
  •  Working experience in telecommunications and IP/Transmission projects.
  •  Financial/Commercial basic knowledge is a plusPreferred Qualifications:


  • Team player.

  •  Good sales and negotiation skills.
  •  Project management competencies.
  •  Fluent in English.
  •  3+ years of experience in telecommunication field
  •  Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP platforms.
  •  Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  •  Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
  •  Strong work ethic, out-going personality, and competitive nature.
