شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our Infrastructure and Security team at HAF-HASHTAD seeks a "NOC Specialist" to be working on monitoring, basic network troubleshooting, log analyzing, reporting and documenting.


Responsibilities


  • Troubleshooting and Resolution
  • Alarm Handling and Escalation
  • Client Interaction
  • Documentation and Reporting

Requirements


  • Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
  • Understanding of common information architecture frameworks: NETWORK+ , CCNA , LPIC-1
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
  • Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
  • Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Enough knowledge in Zabbix - Solarwinds - OPmanager - Splunk - Prometheus - PRTG - ELK Grafana
  • Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
  • Available to work weekends and on holidays

Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with routing and switching
  • Familiarity with network security scope
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
