شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our Network & Hardware team at HAF-HASHTAD is looking for a new member to maintenance of computer networks, hardware, software, and other related systems, performing disaster recovery operations, protecting data, software, and hardware from attacks, and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary. These include, but are by no means limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity
  • Responsible for employees' development, including hiring, cross-training, retention, and performance evaluations of staff
  • Manage maintenance to minimize production downtime and maximize network productivity
  • Plan upgrades and expansions by ensuring changes are in place and implemented as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all established policies and procedures and participates in ongoing activities such as incident response and disaster recovery exercises
  • Manage the development, documentation, and implementation of operating procedures, systems documentation, best practices, knowledge base, disaster recovery backup, and recovery
  • Install, configure, maintain, document, and troubleshoot. Network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, wireless devices, and other data communication components
  • Ensure secure and stable connectivity between HO and all branches

Requirements


  • At least 5 years of experience in the large-scale network.
  • Excellent understanding of networks, including Routing, Switching, Firewall, and MPLS.
  • Deep knowledge of Mikrotik, Fortinet, and Cisco Devices. 
  • Expert knowledge of security, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols behavioral qualities
  • Expert knowledge of Virtualization platforms Esxi,... 
  • Ability to use a wide variety of technologies and tools
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to participate in on-call Shift
  • Familiarity with network automation would be an advantage
  • Great at organizing, multitasking, team-working, and R&D
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure situations
  • Intermediate English knowledge
