We in the 780 team in the "Network" team are looking for a person with time management skills and high flexibility to help us with the network.
Responsibilities:
· Troubleshooting and Resolution
· Alarm Handling and Escalation
· Client Interaction
· Documentation and Reporting
Requirements:
· Strong ability to diagnose server or network alerts, events or issues
· Understanding of common information architecture frameworks: NETWORK+ , CCNA , LPIC-1
· Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks
· Good oral and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively
· Experience with Disaster Recovery plans and related technologies Ability to work a flexible schedule
· Enough knowledge in Zabbix - ELK Grafana
· Highly energetic personality, with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks
· Available to work weekends and on holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
· Familiarity with routing and switching
· Familiarity with network security scope
· Familiarity with network security scope
· Familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
