HAF-HASHTAD is searching for a brilliant, flexible "Golang Team Lead" to create novel apps that
meet the needs of our target audience. You play a critical role in working with cross-functional
teams for developing new products.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of developers and report to the CTO.
- Day-to-day activities in an agile framework, manage deliverables, Product road-map, etc.
- Releasing the Apps on the Play store and other android markets.
- Leading the team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong understanding of common Goroutine and channel patterns.
- Experience with gRPC and Protobuf.
- Knowledge of Queues such as NATS or Kafka.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in production
- environments.
- Ability to mentor and guide developers.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding
- standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments.
- Participate in agile development process and provide input on the product roadmap and
- technical decisions.
