We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is adaptable to change and capable of thinking beyond conventional solutions. Someone who is passionate about scalable architectures, clean code, microservices, and solving complex technical challenges with modern technologies and AI-powered tools.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Build and optimize databases with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Implement caching, messaging, and session management using Redis.
- Work with asynchronous processes, queues, and concurrent systems.
- Apply Clean Code principles, OOP, and design patterns in development.
- Use Docker for containerization and deployment of services.
- Participate in system design, code reviews, and mentoring team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend and production issues.
- Leverage AI tools to improve development speed and problem-solving.
Core Technical Skills:
- PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
- Node.js (Clean Code, OOP)
- Redis
- Queueing, Threading, Async Programming
- Microservices architecture & Design Patterns
- Docker
- REST API
- Prompt engineering & problem-solving with AI
- Familiarity with AI coding tools
Nice to Have(But a Big Plus):
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
- Familiarity with Caddy web server
- Knowledge of GoLang or Python
- Familiarity with n8n (workflow automation / low-code integration)
