We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join MAHDAAD and help streamline our development and operational processes. We are looking for a person with experience in containerization and orchestration, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring and observability, networking and security, VCS, high availability and scalability, data management, and DevSecOps.

Key Responsibilities
• Proficiency in tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of service meshes like Istio or Linkerd.
• Expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Configuration management with tools like Ansible.
• Familiarity with GitOps practices using tools like ArgoCD.
• Experience in building pipelines using tools like TeamCity, Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK Stack.
• Experience with distributed tracing tools like Sentry, Jaeger or Zipkin.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
• Skills in securing systems using IAM policies, SSL/TLS, and container security tools like Aqua Security or Sysdig.
• Mastery of Git and Git-based workflows (Git Flow, trunk-based development).
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python.
• Basic to intermediate programming in Go or Node.js for tool development and automation.
• Skills in designing systems for high availability and disaster recovery.
• Load balancing and failover.
• Experience with database replication, backups, and recovery (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with tools for real-time analytics.
• Skills in integrating security into the DevOps lifecycle (example: static code analysis, dynamic application security testing) and familiarity OWASP ZAP.
• Familiarity in automation with tools like Robot Framework, or custom scripts.
• Manage and secure mail servers, ensuring reliable email delivery and compliance with industry standards (example: SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Knowledge of managing storage systems (example: NAS, SAN, cloud storage solutions).
