Job Summary:
Are you a creative and forward-thinking Product Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences? GTechSoft is seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our products and services, ensuring they not only meet user needs but exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define design requirements and goals.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results to continuously improve user experiences.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and guidelines to ensure design consistency across products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design tools and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- +4 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma , Illustrator , Zeplin.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
