- Develop market share.
- Lead and develop a highly motivated and well-performing sales team.
- Plan and set strategy to achieve targets
- Manage daily sales operations and reports.
- Develop an accurate seasonal sales forecast.
- Meet quarterly and annual business targets.
- Compile and analyze sales and marketing figures.
- Provide timely feedback to the CEO regarding performance.
- Plan, lead and control all sales activities to develop business profitability and growth objectives.
- Monitor operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement to develop the market size.
- Draw data from multiple sources, understand and draw insights out, and build a strategy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-year experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
- Minimum 3-year experience in online sales and ecommerce
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Thorough knowledge and experience in marketing, digital marketing, and sales.
- Marketing data analytics and tools
- Sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Results-oriented, high energy, self-motivated.
