We are looking for a CEO Assistant who is:

  • Proficient in English.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of creating professional presentations.
  • Experienced in research and reporting.
  • Familiar with using AI tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney.
  • Motivated and eager to learn.
  • Strong in communication and able to coordinate effectively.
  • Capable of handling administrative and banking tasks.
  • Available to work in-person (on-site).
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedules and meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
  • Organizing and archiving documents.
  • Creating professional presentations and reports for meetings.
  • Conducting research and presenting findings.
  • Benchmarking and analyzing competitor activities.
  • Handling administrative tasks, office management, and banking affairs.
  • Task management and monitoring the progress of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Preparing drafts of meeting minutes, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Managing and coordinating all tasks assigned by the management to various departments.
  • Performing office-related activities such as coordinating maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Managing and organizing resources and equipment needed for the company and handling necessary purchases.
  • Supporting and coordinating educational and cultural programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in working in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. You will have the opportunity to grow and learn alongside a team of professionals in the technology and education sectors.

Note: This is an on-site position, and physical presence at the office is required.
