The successful candidate for Technical Advisor (Bakery) would have excellent baking and interpersonal skills, and an intimate knowledge of the bakery market.
The Technical Advisor of Bakery products will be responsible for:

Technical Consulting & Demonstration:
· Give demonstrations: at customer sites, for group visits to our own Innovation Center, at professional trade fairs
· Develop new recipes
· Evaluate, analyze and interpret our customers’ technical problems, proposing and developing solutions alongside them
· Product development and demonstration from lab trials through to scale-up on plant with our customers

Relationship-building with:
·  Our customers, ensuring that their needs are understood
·  Our marketing and sales teams, sharing everyday experiences to shape tomorrow’s products
· Idea generation and new product development
· Generate and test new ideas in-line with our strategy
· Participate in the development of new bakery products with our local R&D teams
· Monitor and test the quality of our existing ranges

Requirements:
· Preferred excellent bakery skills 
· Proven understanding of the role and relationships of food ingredients 
· Working effectively in a cross functional team 
· Presentation skills to promote ideas and products 
· Available to travel within Iran and occasionally further afield 
· Computer literacy (primary usage: Microsoft Office) 
· Intermediate English language skills
