- Familiar with Object Oriented Programming  

- Familiar with Agile Principles and Frameworks 

- Effective Communication 

- Problem Solving, Debugging Skills, Troubleshooting and Creativity 

- Teamwork Skills 

- Self-motivated and Self-organized

:Developers Requirements 

- Excellent hands-on JavaScript skills  

- Knowledge with open source frameworks 

- Familiar with RESTful API and JSON 

- Familiar with Sass 

- Familiar with HTML5 and CSS3 

- Familiar with Jira / Git or SVN / Maven 

- Good understanding of Relational Database like Oracle DB 

- Good understanding of Web-based software and technologies 

- Familiar with Photoshop and Illustrator  

- Familiar with UX/UI
