We are looking for a community manager to help us be informed of our customers' needs and promote our products. As our expected community manager, you have keen eyes for customers' behavior and suggest plans for engaging them. Other responsibilities are:
- Managing sponsorship activities in training courses.
- Receiving testimonials in video and written files from our customers.
- Responsible for the professional community content for engaging community users (with the participation of the content team)
- Building strategic partnerships through events with community experts.
- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness
- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
Requirements
- Working in PR or event management roles.
- Familiar with Fintech and other online international markets, and Having experience is a big plus.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field
- Open to building relationships and having a friendly approach.
