-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
-Build networks, and create contacts in the industry to find qualified passive candidates.
-Post positions to efficient sources.
-Use social and professional networking sites (such as LinkedIn) to identify and source candidates.
-Participate to university communities and job fairs.
-Review applicants resumes to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
-Conduct phone interviews.
-Conducting candidate interviews and reference checks and extending job offers
-Support in implementing an org-wide On-Boarding program, ensuring every new employee is on-boarded
-Compile and deliver weekly, monthly, and yearly reports on recruitment and selection
