Job Description:

As a Campaign Director at Flightio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns aimed at increasing sales, enhancing service utilization, and ensuring the implementation of successful campaigns. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, and be at the forefront of data-driven campaign strategies.


Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Develop, execute, and refine data-driven demand generation campaign strategies to meet and exceed sales goals for specific market segments.
Campaign Planning: Plan and execute campaigns with the primary objective of boosting service orders, feature utilization, and generating actionable managerial reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and content generators to create compelling campaign assets and ensure consistent messaging.
Communication Effectiveness: Monitor the effectiveness of campaign communication through various channels and make data-backed adjustments as needed.
Campaign Effectiveness: Define and measure the effectiveness of campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on results.
Project Oversight: Monitor project statuses and evaluate team performance.
Analyze relevant data, identify challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.


Requirements:

Supervisory Experience: Over 4 years of proven supervisory experience with a track record of successfully developing multi-channel campaign roadmaps. 
Metrics-Driven: Experience in a metrics-driven culture, proficient in measuring the impact of tactics and channels. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. 
Data Analysis: Experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and in-depth campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement. 
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools. 
Organizational Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Marketing Expertise: Background in driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns.
