We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst,
your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to extract
valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.
 
You will collaborate with various teams to understand their business needs, devise effective data collection methods, and develop innovative analytical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of data analysis techniques, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of statistical concepts.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and outliers, and effectively communicate discoveries to stakeholders.

  • Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) 
    and provide regular updates to management.

  • Utilize statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling to unearth valuable
    insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend business requirements and
    translate them into actionable data analysis tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science,
    or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of
    delivering high-quality data analysis and insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python.

  • Experience with Marketing Data Platforms Like Google Analytics and Google Ads.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Kibana and Tableau.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and critically.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and Storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively
    convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and hands-on experience with statistical analysis techniques.


Bonus Skills:


  • Experience with Log Analysis technologies like ELK Platform.

  • Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and Deploying Models.
