About the role
We’re looking for a Graphics Designer to join our Visual Design team, which is responsible for developing high-impact graphics and visual elements for our websites and applications. As a Graphics Designer, you will delight our clients with designs that inspire, engage, and excite them. You will weave iconography, typography, colour, space, and texture together to make every pixel count and help our clients successfully navigate our products. You will rely on user-centered design principles to produce high-quality visuals, from conception to execution, across many platforms.

Responsibilities
● Solve business challenges through intuitive and elegant design solutions.
● Develop visuals that communicate, motivate, and inspire the audience to take action.
● Create seamless user experience and visual identities for web and mobile applications.
● Develop the design rationale and explain visual choices to cross-functional teams verbally and visually.
● Produce high-quality visual designs for desktop, web, and mobile devices with various resolutions, encompassing icons, graphics, and marketing materials.
● Create designs for assets that reflect a brand, enforce a language, and inject beauty and life into a product.
● Push creativity, challenge established thinking, and discover new ways of approaching and solving problems.
● Build mockups and wireframes for app screens and web pages.
● Keep up with the latest trends and techniques in design, UI, and UX.
● Work closely with other team members throughout the development of new products, as well as the enhancement of existing products.

Minimum requirements
● BA/BS in design (e.g. interaction, graphics, visual communication, product, or iIndustrial design), HCI, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
● Interaction design sensibility
● More than two years of relevant work experience
● Ability to create style guides to be used across different departments
● Ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colours effectively
● Ability to use visual design to organise information
● Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch 3.0, and prototyping tools such as InVision
● Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work in branding, advertising, and marketing
● A creative flair and versatility in developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for a wide range of media
