Job description
Here in Filimo data team we are looking for an operation data analyst who is passionate about data analysis and managing data-based campaigns. Our best candidate is self-driven, creative and critical thinker.
Responsibilities
You will be working on
-  Managing segmented campaigns from planning to analyzing 
-  Designing data monitoring dashboards
-  Gathering data and preparing meaningful reports for decision-makers
-  Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the Project.
-  Proactively explore data to develop actionable recommendations and provide new metrics.
You need to:
-  Be creative and self-motivated
-  Have an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
-  Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
-  Focus on accuracy as these reports are used for key business decision-making and external reporting
-  Must be able to work off-hours if needed.
Requirements:
-  Knowledge of statistical analysis
-  Familiar with main business KPIs
-  Able to use Python for collecting, manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing data 
-  Familiarity with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, seaborn
-  Familiar with Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategies 
-  Experience in data models and reporting packages
