استخدام Business Data Analyst

Filimo is a pioneer in the entertainment industry and the first Video On Demand Platform(VOD) in Iran, now reaching most subscribers in Iran. Our customers consume millions of hours of content per month on a myriad of devices, and business continues to grow. Here in the Filimo data team, we are looking for a business data analyst who is passionate about data mining and exploring data-based business insights. Our best candidate is self-driven and interested in complex data challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Developing data collection dashboards 
- Gathering data and preparing meaningful reports for decision-makers
- Designing and implementing Data-Driven marketing campaigns
- Reporting on campaigns performances
- Regularly implementing and improving data analytics models to discover customer behavior and buying patterns
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the Project.
- Proactively explore data to develop actionable recommendations and provide new metrics.

You need to:
- Have an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Enjoy working with data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities
- Focus on accuracy as these reports are used for key business decision-making and external reporting
- Must be able to work off-hours if needed.

Requirement:
- Knowledge of statistical analysis
- Familiar with main business KPIs
- Basic knowledge of machine learning
- Able to use Python for collecting, manipulating, analyzing and visualizing data
- Familiarity with Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Sklearn 
- Analytical skills with an excellent grasp of SQL, R, Python, etc
- Familiar with Digital Marketing and Marketing Strategies 
- Experience in data models and reporting packages
