Role:
- Support to handle the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
- Provide and set OKR training session for new comers
- Prepare termination and severance letters
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Conduct employee on-boarding plan such as: assign Buddy for them, make sure they justify about their role, become familiar with basic fundamentals and set the appraisal session after 3-month probation
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, SSO, complementary insurance and …. And resolve issues and problems
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and OKR planning, target setting and progress evaluation sessions
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Provide personnel with engagement plan such as: Team building, internal and outdoor events & activities
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Advanced in MS Office (especially Power Point & Excel)
- Familiar with Photoshop
- Passionate for learning
- Age: 20-30
