Role:


  • Support to handle the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
  • Provide and set OKR training session for new comers 
  • Prepare termination and severance letters
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Conduct employee on-boarding plan such as: assign Buddy for them, make sure they justify about their role, become familiar with basic fundamentals and set the appraisal session after 3-month probation
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation, SSO, complementary insurance and …. And resolve issues and problems
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and OKR planning, target setting and progress evaluation sessions
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Provide personnel with engagement plan such as: Team building, internal and outdoor events & activities

Requirements:


  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced in MS Office (especially Power Point & Excel)
  • Familiar with Photoshop
  • Passionate for learning 
  • Age: 20-30
