Responsibilities:



  • Devise and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the platform’s visibility on search engines
  • Set measurable and achievable goals for the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with company targets
  • Hire, onboard, lead, and inspire digital marketing employees and build a high-performing team
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages creativity and continuous learning
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal ROI
  • Manage the process of creating engaging content across various social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure website content and structure are optimized for search engines
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, relevant content to attract and retain customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling content
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Manage online advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, etc.)
  • Optimize ad spend to achieve maximum ROI and user acquisition targets
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with restaurant vendors to create joint marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to enhance overall brand visibility
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually optimize the digital marketing approach
Requirements:


  • Deep knowledge and skill in marketing especially in digital marketing
  • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing strategies across various platforms 
  • Proficient in using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) 
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to track and measure social media performance
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize ad spend, manage bidding strategies, and achieve cost-effective user acquisition
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, content management systems (CMS) and content marketing tools
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools and platforms and design effective email campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze email marketing metrics
  • Knowledge and practical experience in A/B testing methodologies
  • Understanding of CRO principles and strategies
