• Lead and execute financial and operational audits to assess compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement audit plans and risk assessments.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and address audit findings.
• Provide training and guidance to junior audit staff.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and auditing standards.
• Participate in the development of internal controls and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and audit standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
